Prapti Singh

Prapti Singh is a first-generation advocate practicing before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Tribunals, and District Courts. An alumna of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, she holds an LL.M. in Cyber Law and a B.A. LL.B., and brings a versatile practice that spans civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency and bankruptcy, cybercrime and digital rights, consumer disputes, service matters, family law, and regulatory compliance.

Prapti has gained valuable experience working with an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India and as part of the panel counsel team representing the Government of NCT of Delhi before the Delhi High Court. This exposure to high-stakes matters involving public works, revenue disputes, regulatory permissions, education policy, and excise regulations has sharpened her understanding of public law and government litigation. She has appeared in and drafted pleadings for a range of cases including writs, special leave petitions, commercial suits, arbitrations, and insolvency proceedings before the NCLT and NCLAT. Prapti is empanelled as a panel advocate with IRCTC.

Beyond courtroom practice, Prapti actively contributes to legal scholarship and thought leadership. She has co-authored chapters on the Doctrine of Basic Structure (NLUJA Assam, 2024) and Privatization of Outer Space (Satyam Law International, 2021), and regularly writes and speaks on cyber law, evidence, and AI governance.

She has judged moot court competitions, evaluated law school examinations, and been invited as a resource person and guest speaker at universities and national seminars. Her commitment to bridging academic insight with real world practice is evident in her approach; she blends research-driven strategy with practical advocacy to deliver clear, client-focused solutions.

P Ahuja

P Ahuja holds an LL.M. from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and a B.A. LL.B. from GGSIPU. She practices before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Tribunals, and District Courts, with expertise in constitutional law, commercial and corporate disputes, insolvency and debt recovery, land acquisition, intellectual property law, consumer disputes, domestic arbitrations, service matters, matrimonial disputes, and white-collar crimes.

She has represented a diverse range of clients including the Union of India and its ministries, statutory authorities, PSUs, corporate houses, and individuals across complex and high-stakes disputes. Her association with Mr. S.D. Sanjay, Additional Solicitor General, Supreme Court of India, has given her invaluable exposure to matters of constitutional significance and national importance. In her independent work, she continues to advise on government contracts, administrative law, service disputes, and regulatory frameworks.

She is empanelled as a panel advocate with IRCTC, Hero Realty Pvt. Ltd. (A Hero Enterprise), Asian Colour Coated Ispat Limited (Jindal Group), and the University of Delhi. She has judged prestigious moot court competitions including the Indian Qualifying Rounds of the Philip C. Jessup Moot Court Competition and served as an external examiner at Amity University.

An active academic contributor, she is the author of Law of Mediation (LexisNexis, 2025) and has co-authored and published several papers on constitutional law, international law, intellectual property rights, and human rights in leading publications including Routledge and Eastern Book Company. She has delivered invited lectures and sessions at National Law Universities and institutions across India on constitutional values, corporate lawyering, internships, and career opportunities in law. She has also been featured on Doordarshan for an interview on legal careers.
